Newbie Smoker in for Roll Call

Hi fellow smokers! I just bought my first smoker a few days ago. Traeger Pro Series 34. I plan on smoking a pork loin, sausages and a few lamb chops tonight. I have NO IDEA how this will turn out but I'm very excited about this adventure and the possibilities. I will definitely be on here researching and experimenting. I live in the Niagara Region of Ontario.
