Here it is, start to delicious finish. Bourbon mopped pulled pork on a new WSM (seasoned 2x before this cook). My rub recipe. My bourbon sauce. Applewood and Kingsford Blue. 9 hours of cook time. 2 hours wrapped in a cooler. There was none left. I am astonished by how well the WSM cooks.

Good looking first round on the wsm. Been thinking about getting 22.5. The more of the success stories I read like yours makes me wish I already had one. Looks like really good pp.

Great looking PP!!! Nice job! That Bourbon mop sounds good.....care to share the recipe?

Thanks, and not a problem. It's why we are here.

Bourbon Infused Mop Sauce:
1cup Bourbon (I prefer Jim Beam)
1cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1cup 100% pure Apple Juice
1cup Ketchup
4tbs Worcestershire
4tbs White Onion Powder
4tbs Dry Mustard
4tbs Garlic Powder
2tbs Black Pepper
2tbs Course Salt

Throw it all in a sauce pan, bring to a boil while whisking constantly. Reduce heat and reduce (about 10min), stirring often. Refrigerate. I injected this mixture prior to smoking and used it for mopping. Recipe is for 2 butts. I have had people use it as a Sauce before too.

Congrats on new smoker and good looking pork on first cook. Those smokers truly are easy and great to use.
