Got a boneless pork butt about 4.5lbs. let it sit wrapped up overnight with brown sugar salt and pepper. before smoking rubbed in peprika, white pepper, garlic powder, little more salt and pepper, cumin and ginger, along with a tad of oregano and parsley. smoked for about 3 hours uncovered, (charcoal and apple wood chunks), then wrapped for the last 3hrs till about 202 degrees.
