Hello from America's oldest city - St. Augustine, FL. Although I am in the oldest city and pretty old myself, I am brand new to the smoking meats game. I basically just gifted myself an electric smoker from my wife and kids for Fathers Day, 2017 (believe me, they are glad I did). I'm starting off easy (and cheap): just did 4 whole chickens, sausage, and now I am doing hamburger sliders.
