This is my first time smoking and my brisket is stalled at 160 my smoker temp.is 255 and the smoke coming out looks good is this ok or is something wrong ??

I usually wrap when it hits the stall. Helps drive it through. After the wrap I will usually jack the temp up a bit to finish it.

It turned out good taste wise was spot on what I wanted I think it could have maybe used a little more was slightly chewy but overall was a success for my first time
