Good Morning All,

I waiting for the delivery of my brand new MES 40 and can't wait to get started.  I have been looking through the forums and found lots of useful information that will get me started on this new adventure.  I'm from Texas, but live in the Richmond, VA area now.  I have plenty of food service experience from my 22 year of military service in the Marine Corps.  Cant wait to get smoking and post some pics and share information with everyone.

Welcome to SMF! I was born in Richmond, my dad was stationed there in the 70's. Thank you for your service to our great country sir! I can't wait to see some Q-Views using that new smoker!
