Eberlins83 here from Godfrey, IL... New to the site and the smiling world. Just purchased an awesome REC TEC 680 2 weeks ago... So far everything that I've made has been awesome, looking to smoke 4 butts this weekend and looking for tips and recipes on a simple apple juice/brown sugar injection.. thanks and hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend..

Me personally, I have never injected pork butts, but others have. Post a question on the Pork forum, you will get a lot of answers!!
