1) Hey everyone, this is Rashaun smoking and starting fires out here in Cleveland, OH, AKA NBA Championship city '17 soon to be 18!

Right now I am smoking out of two cheapo but very trusty but rusty Charbroil offsets and one barrel Kingsford.

I have tamed those beasts very well and can easily hold a 200-250 range temp usually with no problem and minimum fuel. It did take a while but now that my BBQ prowess is starting to show I am finally getting into some professional catering and looking to build a double barrel smoker or two to add to my collection.

Goals:
Cater 10 new jobs in 2018

Get a new custom mobile pit
Do at least one competition by 2019
Have a brick and mortar by 2021

Take over the world.

In that order.

Love to cook:

Brisket

St louis spare ribs

Brisket

and anything else that looks like meat.

Been lurking for awhile and decided to jump on board.

BBQCLE - Where smoke MEATS fire.

Thanks for the welcome and yes gotta have a plan, i'd rather come up short on some lofty goals vs not set them at all and never get close.

I hope to learn even more while I am here.

Welcome! O-H-I-O!!! I'm out in Lake County and looking to move up to a mobile stick burner too. Good luck with everything but please remember me if you succeed in taking over the world! Go Cavs!
