I'm a 46 year old from just south of Minneapolis/St.Paul. I live very close to my parents and siblings so we have a bunch of carnivores craving some delicious meats. I thought smoking would be a good idea and have a couple buddies that are really into it. I've watched them smoke loads of meats for a big golf event they get invited back to every year. So I took an interest in it when i found your forum. I researched electric smokers and bought this tank of a Cookshack stainless steel smokers. It's the smallest one but almost 80lbs to lug around. I'm fired up to break this thing in and smoke up a pork butt. Sam's Club is close so I intend to check there first.
