Hello Again All,
I bit the bullet a few weeks back and bought a BBQ Guru Cyber Q to help me sleep better at night. This unit works really well at dealing in and maintaining pit temps throughout the cook. I'm also using a Maverick 733 for both pit and internal food temps. The probes for both pit temps is almost exact within a degree or two. The internal temp probes on the other hand tend to vary sometimes as much as a 12 degree difference. Is there a way to calibrate these types of probe sensors?? I do know that I'm not able to submerge in water. As of now I've been using the Maverick to be my go to internal temp reading. I also use a thermapen which is closer to the Maverick than the Cuber Q.
