Greetings!  I hail from NC. I'm either at Emerald Isle or at the cabin in Sunshine, western NC.  Unless my children (2) and grandchildren (7) have me traveling elsewhere.  :-)  

I have a Chargriller at each location.  Know there are better (more expensive) smokers but, being a retired LEO limits my available funds and the items mentioned above take precedent. :-)  

Looking forward to learning from this site.  Thanks!
