I haven't bought a smoker yet, but I'm going to get one. I want to find one that is big enough to smoke a turkey and easy enough for an amateur to learn on. I'm like everyone else, I have a tight budget. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I live in the pacific northwest. My name is Ricky. I'll be 49 in July. I eat a lot of dry, badly cooked meat. I'm hoping a smoker will change that.

Thanks for the hello and the ecourse heads up. I'll definitely check it out.

Hi I'm in eastern Washington. Spokane to be exact. Great to hear from another washingtonian.

I've got the emails coming on the course. I'm looking forward to them. Thanks again.
