I have been wanting to try Beef Ribs for a while now so when I found a good butcher in Grand Rapids that would get me what I wanted I finally bought some.
SO this is four Rib about 9 pounds
I rinsed it off and just put worcestershire, salt and pepper on this (not pictured).
I know this is going to take a bit so I made a fatty because it will be done first
This has Asparagus, Spinach and smoked cheddar
Rolling with some Hickory.
I got going later than I wanted so the ribs should be done between 6 and 8 I am guessing.
