I'm from TEXAS!! My wife thinks BBQ is bad for your health. I told her so what that I would rather eat BBQ and die happy. I had a big nice offset smoker but had to sale it due to a recent move. I've got settled in to the new place and researching a cinder block and cedar picket build. Hope to have it built before the 4th of July.

Welcome to the forum.

Every year they come out with something that is bad for you, then in a few years they say it's good for you.

Eggs are a perfect example.

I live by anything in moderation is OK.

Welcome to the forum! I'm fairly new here myself, but dammit if I don't regret never finding this place sooner. Sooooo much information scattered throughout this place that it can be a bit overwhelming sorting through it all.
