I am from MO near Ft Leonard Wood, I am preparing to open a BBQ Shack by the end of the Summer on Hy 28 2 miles from Road Ranger. I have been asked to smoke a 5 lb gator and need some cooking advise, due to it will be the first time I have did Gator! Looking forward to the challenge but want it to be cooked and not half done! Please give me some pointers
