Rack of pork is the way to go! Used 1/2 pair of OctoForks to secure it on the spit. Should have brought more pork. We could have fit lots more on the rotisserie spit rod.
Had to travel and cook at a park for Mothers Day so the jumbo mini wsm w/ cajun bandit came out.
Brought the wood fired UDS too
