Using my Amazn Tube with Trager Pellets and its producing a thick white smoke and smells too much like a campfire. Any suggestions??

I don't think you want to use Traeger pellets in the AMNPS. Why? Two reasons: they don't contain 100% of the wood on the label (i.e., they are "cut" with other wood); and they are designed to provide heat as well as smoke. You only want smoke.

There are lots of threads about what is in Traeger pellets, and my takeaway is that I wouldn't want to use them in my A-Maze-N smoker, which is too bad because they are incredibly easy to find (all our local hardware stored carry them).

I second the recommendation to get Todd's pellets. IMHO, it is not worth the minor saving getting something else, and he is such a great guy to deal with, I want to give him my business. Unless you are smoking every day, and going though ten pounds of pellets a week (which you might, if you were smoking with a Traeger smoker), I don't think you need to worry much about price.

Thick white smoke could also be a symptom of a lack of oxygen. What does the ash look like after a burn? Is it all a fine white powder, or are there a lot of black lumps? Black lumps would also indicate low oxygen. To fix that, you'll need to improve airflow.

Another thing I like to do, to improve burn quality, is to get as much moisture out of the pellets as possible. All I do is fill the smoker tube or tray, and put it in the oven for an hour or two before I light them up.

Lastly, I would also recommend burning a-maze-n brand pellets. They really are top notch quality. That said, you should be able to get other brands to burn well, too.

At what temp?
200* is plenty.  I run an electric smoker so, occasionally, I'll toss it on a rack in the smoker, while its getting up to temp.  When I do that, the temp goes from whatever the outside temp is to 275*.  Temp is not critical - you just need enough to get the moisture out.
