I am not new to the forum- actually was just a long while since I have been on here and forgot my info! I have learned a LOT of great info on this forum and is an invaluable tool to anyone getting into the hobby or getting serious. I have had a Char Griller Super Pro for about 11 years and learned a lot with it including much needed upgrades from this forum to make it a better performer. We recently moved and I am planning to build a grill pit with a permanent brick smoker so if and when that time comes I will post info. Thanks to everyone who keeps this forum up and running and also to everyone that joins and shares all the great ideas! The rub recipe on this site has been my base for a long time and is great to use. Happy smoking!
