Hello fellow meat heads. My name is Justin I'm 27 been smoking for about two years. I started with a smoke hollow electric that I got for my birthday I quickly out grew that and built my first UDS. Now I currently have two drums the electric and just picked up a brinkmann offset I found along side the road that I'm currently restoring to use mostly for grilling since you can't beat the drum. This year I'm hoping to enter in one of the local BBQ competitions to see if I have what it takes to compete with the guys that have been doing it for awhile. I look forward to any advice from you guys this page has been great help getting me on my feet and feeling more confident in my cooks and my setup.
