Howdy

Have lurked on here for awhile and finally got around to joining.  I started out with a Char Grill and added a side smoking box to it, mostly did butt's on it but getting the temp to stay stable was a pain. With working 6 days a week it left little time to mess with a smoker and last year I did not have the time to do any.  So this year I decided to finally break down and get me a electric smoker.  After doing some research and some reading on here and seeing how Bear had such a great review on the MES gen 2.5 I bought one.  I have used it a couple of times and it is WAAAAYY easier than  my old smoker.  I look forward to some great smokes this year.  Al sent me a message and told me to post on here and put where I am from in case someone wants to know, I am in the Kentucky in the USA on the North America Continent.
