$279 for MES @ Sams Club

Just got I ad in the mail from Sams Club and from May 10 thru June 4 they have $50 off there Masterbuilt Smokers, so brings the price down to $279 on a gen 2.5 Bluetooth. Just wanted to give some people a heads up about it. If it's already been posted...or the wrong place.....sorry.

Looks like they are going to have a 1 day sale next Saturday, May 13th.  The Sam's Club "Smoke Hollow" 30" electric (looks to be a MES 30 clone to me) will be $139.98.  This is an online sale price so everyone with a Sam's membership should have a shot at it.  Gives two options for MES and MES style smokers.  Cut and pasted from the sale flyer with Sam's SKU number for ordering.

I have been using a MES 30 Gen 1 for a few years now, and have been real happy with it. My problem has been with the capacity. I saw Rambo 1964's post today, and then remembered I had some Sam's Club and Walmart gift cards floating around. Found 3 that totaled $50, so it was off to Sam's. Bought the 40" Bluetooth that was on sale for $279, used my gift cards, and ended up with a final price $229 plus tax. The model number on the box is 20070215. From Bearcarvers description of the 2 level water pan and top vent, this is a Gen 2.5.....
Tomorrow morning I'll get the beast out of the box and seasoned. Maiden voyage will be a pork butt for pulled pork, and some chicken thighs for my son-in laws birthday dinner on Sunday.

$279.00???  I just looked at Sams and they are back up to $329.00 for the Gen 2.5.  Is there anybody with connections at Sams that would know if they will be going on "sale" soon? Usually after a summer holiday, with the excess stock, they drop the price to move units. Wondering if Sams will be doing this after the July 4th holiday
