Good morning all!
My name is Jorell or Jo, whichever you would prefer. I'm addicted to grilling/smoking and do it as often as I can. I'm originally from Chicago but now reside in Memphis, TN. I'm music teacher during the day and a composer/ musician in my free time.
I found this site through a member of a facebook group I am apart of. Wow this is an amazing place to be! I'm here to pick up any tips i can find and will soon begin the journey of building a brick grill/smoker/pizza oven. Hope to meet some great people here and gain some grilling/smoking wisdom.
