Hey, I've been reading the forums for awhile and decided I should sign up. I've been doing some beginner level smoking for a few years now with decent success. I mostly use a brinkmann electric but was given an older offset that had a little storm damage that repairs were attempted on. I've used it a few times but it leaks smoke everywhere. Anyway I'll be looking for a new setup shortly but not sure what direction I will go. I love the process of smoking meat and the results but I'm also fairly busy with 3 kids so I don't get to do it as much as I would like. You guys have already helped me a lot without even knowing it so hopefully now I can continue to figure this art out. I would absolutely love to own a BBQ restaurant one day. Baby steps though. Lol
