New member here. I have an 18 inch WSM, and love BBQ, smoked meat, and way too many other foods. I am a not very experienced at smoking meat yet. I have done 3 briskets, a couple of pork butts, and a few chickens. The results have been OK, to pretty good. I hope to learn how to reach very good, to outstanding.
