First time for ribs!

Been on for five hours averaging 230 degrees. Still only at 150 degrees. Cooking on rib rack. Not sure what to do kids are hungry!
 
Thanks again. Got a nice smoke ring and good bark on three out of four. Leftovers for the week!
 
Nice job on the ribs,I put caster wheels on mine also.I bent the legs some to make the wheels sit flat.

Never thought about bending the legs.  It is definitely nice to have them on.  Also the Classic Accessories cover I bought that was too big now fits pretty well.

Thanks :yahoo: The one thing I learned was that I need to allow for more time, meaning start earlier. I did this with both the whole chickens I did last weekend and the ribs yesterday. Both had to finish in the oven. Not a bad thing I guess just lesson learned.
