Mixed up some cream cheese,three cheddar blend,green onion and some Bad Byrons butt rub. Stuffed some spicy and regular sausage with said mixture single wrapped the regular and double wrapped the spicy ones with bacon. Stuffed some peppers with cream cheese and little smokies also seasoned with Bad Byrons butt rub and topped with some par cooked bacon. Cooking in the WSM with kbb and cherry.
