hi all from thailand
a good friend of mine from sweden has lent me his bradley smoker for a few months while he has returned home.
wonderful machine it is but other than smoking a few whitefish in a tiny smoker years ago back in alberta i am pretty green at this.
ive been referred to this site so many times while googling questions about smoking meat i figured i might as well join the scrum.
not sure i can give all the veterans here any advice....maybe after a few years. but i am looking forward to ideas/techniques/and good old fashioned advice from this group. so a big thanks in advance.
