If you want a great way to do kabob meat this will do it. I've never been big into kabobs but since getting into rotisserie cooking I'm glad I gave it another chance. One thing about kabobs I didn't like even though it looks pretty is mixing the veggies with the meats. No more of that for me anyway. Doing a oil marinade for the veggies and just cooking them in a basket worked great! Anyway it's nice having just the meat on the skewers and pulling off what's done first off first. In this case the steak was done before I wanted to pull the sausages.
