Hello everyone! New to this forum and new to using a smoker, having purchased a Traeger Pro Series-34 a couple of months ago. I am a retired computer programmer living in northwest Iowa. As mentioned, I am new to smoking and have much to learn. Found this forum today when searching for why meat stops cooking when smoking at low temp. Learned about "stalling" on this forum. I thought there was something wrong with my smoker. (Shows how new I am.) Best regards to all...and happy smoking/grilling!
