Ok so my plans for the past couple years have been to build a commercial size competition/ trailer mounted hot/cold smoker and here is where reality started for me a week ago
GALLERY]

For my build ill be running a full tube frame for the structure, with roxul 2in insulation, 2 smoke daddy pellet pros, 2 magnum pig smoke generators, vibrators for each hopper so that I don't have to adjust my pellets all the time haha, took a solid 8 hours to remove all the foam with a 4in scraper on a reciprocating saw and some help from a oscillating tool. we started framing yesterday ill post up some pics when I get a chance

So I've made some progress on this hog here is a pic of how I framed her up, which is all finished now and I've begun to mock up the panels I removed so I can figure out where I'm going to slap in the pellet pro hoppers and magnum pigs

I decided to keep the top on and not cut it off so I could mount my pid controller for both hoppers in the shown location so that I don't have to bend over to start/stop/adjust temp and we came up with the idea to have a stainless plate made to go across where the slotted pieces were and have it water jetted by a local fab shop with the team name and logo in it to class it up a little

Looking awesome!  I mounted my controller up high on mine as well, much nicer to fiddle with that way.  Good luck, can't wait to see more.

Thanks for the interest its coming along fairly smooth I have all my roxul fire batts in place and hanging the interior walls I cut out not I should have some more pictures for you fellas later in the week

Ok so I'm pretty much done just need some latches for my doors which are coming on Friday and I know I missed a bunch of steps but ill try and post pictures in order
