I am replacing the simple BBQ side burner . I have been using as it just not big enough doe smoker that is 3W x 5H x 2' Deep.  4 " walls and Burner Chamber Below.  Reverse Flow up sides and back down to exit.   While smoker works OK it takes hours to get it up to temp if I am doing ribs.  -

I have a 3/8 Low Pressure high volume regulator and have 2 - 12"  3/4 pipes with 36 1/8 holes in each.   I plan to exit the venturi with a 10" 3/4 pipe to a T that has to 90's to connect the pipes.  My question is will this work using a T ??    Each burner works great individually and really delivers the heat I need.   Waiting for a needle valve to connect the T and a short 3/8 hose for setup but thought it would be worth asking.
