Hey I'm new to the forum
I got my Traeger last year. Did some experiments and made some good food[emoji]128077[/emoji]

Recently slaughtered a nice young beef. Kept the brisket im up to the challenge to make it. Will be my first time. Open to some pointers from you all.

Time temp duration wrap in foil whole time or?? What's the key take out at __IT? To know it's done?

Thx

BeefStar, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here and ready to tackle the brisket.  Honestly, people make more of an issue out of brisket than is necessary.  Let the smoker do it's thing and the brisket will eventually arrive in the delicious serving window.

Use the search feature of the Forum for "Traeger brisket" and you'll get a ton of ideas.

Have fun!
