Smoked two whole chickens today. Cherry wood, sweet bbq rub, beer in the water pan. Tasty , moist, and tender. Set the the elrctric smoker for 265 it took anbout 2.5 hours to get chicken up to 165 deg. Rave reviews from my wife and mother in law. Thanks for the advice and help getting started.
