I saw a question about Danish style ribs and the answers prove that you can't trust what you read on the internet. Danish style ribs are the very best you can get. They are NEVER $1 per lb. You can rarely get them at a grocery store regardless of what the grocery store is calling them. You have to know how to cook first of all, and you must know how to cook and smoke to cook these one and under marvels. If you are wondering what 'one and under' means that proves you haven't had the best rib in the world.

Welcome to the board! Not sure what you mean about the Internet being unreliable, I put one and under + ribs into Google and now I'm going to check in to the emergency room.

You do realize this forum runs on the Internet. So we can't trust what you post here about danish ribs? Lol

I'd trust this forum before books, tv shows ,health inspectors, usda, cia, csis.

About danish ribs....general consensus is ....and i quote....

"Small slabs of baby backs usually from Denmark, but not always. One guy I know says "I they're possum ribs. They look like baby backs, only smaller, thinner, and meatless!" Never heard a good word about them.."

Ofcourse you are welcome to prove this is not true.

Lol. Internet might be unreliable but is consistent. Got no pork ribs returns for "one and under" but a lot of medical advice. Good timming though...since i've been having this pain "under one rib".

Because you did not offer any anything informative about your wonderful ribs, I am confused as to why you started a thread. Why don’t you educate us so we may learn, and enjoy these according to you, wonderful ribs?

As for one and under, I take that to be in reference to one hour in the oven foiled, and then under a broiler to set the glaze, nothing ground shaking. If not, please enlighten us.

The first time I experienced a mucus bridge it was a pain in my left lung; I thought it was a heart attack.

Getting back to Danish meat, back in the day my parents would buy Danish bacon packed in a tall can. It looked like bacon and sort of tasted like it.
