I'm kinda giddy about these chubs as the fibrous casing i used are about 6 years old, they have been in a vac bag. I might get some casing stick.
Damn Nepas I wish I was your neighbor. I've been SO busy with work the last few months my freezer is damn near empty of all my goodies.I might have to designate a weekend or two in the near future to restock.
