Hello all, I am new to the forum, and a relatively new Big Green Egg owner (mine is Large). I have tried and succeeded at several different cooks with my BGE, and am always looking for new ideas. One that I am currently preparing for is a Pork Belly Burnt Ends cook. I've seen a couple of videos and read some intriguing feedback, that has me ready to give this a go. I reside in the Florida panhandle and look very much forward to hearing your ideas and seeing your awesome results.
