My name is Guy and I live in Israel .
I started smoking meat two years ago. I built my on smoker. It is made of cinder blocks and steel roof and steel doors. I smoke most of the time cuts of beef.
Made plenty mistakes along the way. I am still improving it as I go on.

Do you recognise the cut on the left?

GM, welcome and I like your smoker, The meat looks like lamb but my eyes are bad !

It is a Picanha cut. I think that in the U.S you call it Rump cover but I am not sure about that.
