Can someone chime in on a few tips?
I have some flounder fillets( kind of thin i thought)
Needs a few tips on temps and time-- and maybe anything on prep
I typed Flounder in the Search feature of the forum and a bunch of threads came up. Looks like lots to choose from.
We put butter & blackening seasoning on them & smoke them in a pan.
They only take about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes to get done at 225.
