Smoked Chicken Wings

My doctor was talking about smoked chicken wings at my last appointment. He was raving about them. I hate greasy fried wings, so I thought this might be a good idea. I came home and started looking at recipes and bleh... nothing sounded good. Most called for charcoal which doesn't work with our electric smoker. I looked through Jeff Phillips' website and didn't see anything.

Any good suggestions?

Even though I use a charcoal smoker these can all be done in an electric or gas smoker too.

Brine, season with your favorite rub and smoke then enjoy! Repeat as necessary!
