Unfortunately I didn't have time to get my ribs at GFS so I only have a rack @3.99# I'm not looking for leftovers. Here's the rack seasoned will smoke it over cherry and pecan on the kettle after we get back from Easter dinner.

 
Here's a shot about an hour in.


That is just dark from the paprika,but I'm guessing they will be done in the next hour.
