Ahoy hoy, folks! My name is Eric, and I'm from Ontario, Canada(less than an hour from Toronto). I've only been smoking for a few weeks now, and so far I've done Baby Backs, Whole Chickens, and a Prime Rib Roast.
I use a Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite 44" Propane Smoker. So Far, so good, but like many suggest, I will be upgrading to a larger and more durable chip tray. Any other tips for making this unit work better for us would be much appreciated! Thanks!
