8.3 pounds. Right now it's at 149. I'm going to wrap in foil at about 160 to 165.

Unless your running your smoker at 270-280, you have a long way to go.

From the time it has taken to get to 149 I would say your running your smoker at 210-215. At that rate you should figure on this hitting 205 around midnight. Then with a half hour rest, you'll be eating around 1:00 AM.

I have the temp about 255. Shoulder is sitting about 155 right now. Has some pretty good color right now. Not in a big rush today.
 
well my thermometer is junk. It's reading about 17 degrees lower. It went down in temp so I checked with a different one and it's was 169 and the one I have been monitoring said 151.5. Wrapped it a little late but I think I'm still good. I hope.
 
Thanks turned out pretty good. Got about 2 1/2 cups of juice after unwrapping. The last picture is before I mixed the juice in. I also lett the juice cool in the fridge so I could separate the fat
