I still think you should be more concerned with your well-being and let me take one of those beautiful hideously harmful, real deal junky OKJ's off your hands.

I do agree that smoking can be hazardous to your health, especially in bear country.

Would you mind sharing the name of your landscape professional?

That's a nice collection ya got going there.

Even if you never ate, drank, or did anything hazardous to your health, you're still gonna die.
Come sliding sideways at 100mph into your grave, all the while screaming, "Yeeeeehaw!"

Have you considered seeing a professional about your smoker hoarding fetish?

LOL~!!!!!

4 of these are in use tomorrow. Both offsets a kettle with a slow and sear and the OKJ charcoal grill. For Easter I will have Tri-tip in the kettle with the slow and sear @ 225.....the Old Country will have smoked veggies......the OKJ offset will have spatchcock chicken running @280..... and the charcoal OKJ will have direct heat with Lamb and Pork chops. We do this often with different temps needed. If my cousin Joe was coming with his family, we would add the other kettle for roasting a prime rib on the spit. All of the cooking is being done outside.

He is quite the OKJ junkie it seems.
Only when it comes to original Davidson units. Not the Oklahoma Schmo currently being GLUED together in china.. Still though my go to smoker is the Old country. Gotta admit though....the slow n sear on the kettle gives those more expensive cookers real competition.
