I still think you should be more concerned with your well-being and let me take one of thosebeautifulhideously harmful, real dealjunky OKJ's off your hands. :30:
There's no way you can be married.
Have you considered seeing a professional about your smoker hoarding fetish?
LOL~!!!!!
"Hi, my name is ammaturesmoker, and I'm an addict...."4 of these are in use tomorrow. Both offsets a kettle with a slow and sear and the OKJ charcoal grill. For Easter I will have Tri-tip in the kettle with the slow and sear @ 225.....the Old Country will have smoked veggies......the OKJ offset will have spatchcock chicken running @280..... and the charcoal OKJ will have direct heat with Lamb and Pork chops. We do this often with different temps needed. If my cousin Joe was coming with his family, we would add the other kettle for roasting a prime rib on the spit. All of the cooking is being done outside.
Only when it comes to original Davidson units. Not the Oklahoma Schmo currently being GLUED together in china.. Still though my go to smoker is the Old country. Gotta admit though....the slow n sear on the kettle gives those more expensive cookers real competition. He is quite the OKJ junkie it seems.
