Hello everyone,

I'm located in central east Florida. Melbourne, FL. Not new to smoking meat but getting back into doing it. I've found this site to be very informative and has definitely sparked new ideas. Thanks

Thank you for your warm welcomes. I'm using a very old Brinkman charcoal/electric smoker. I've only used as an electric and have had great results. Reading different threads here as really inspired me to smoke again. I didn't fully realize how flexible smoking really was.
