I probably should have joined here a five or so years back but I've enjoyed using the site as a reference. I enjoy BBQing as a hobby and I have a couple smokers. I started w a 55 gal drum w side firebox that Homemade and lasted my college years. Since then I sold it after I ungraded to A 125 gallon heavy pipe w rear fbox smoker that I made for big cooks. I recently purchased a dynaglo wide body propane assist that I enjoy using. I like cooking what most would consider high and fast. Usually 250-275. I've done a BBQ competition b4 but have a lot to learn.
