Deerburgers in the Spring

Too nice out to ignore my Weber “Q”.

Time for some more Deerburgers. I Love These Things!!

As I’ve said before, my Deerburgers are the best mix we’ve found over nearly 50 years of experimenting. Mrs Bear loves them too.
They are 50% Venison, 25% Beef, and 25% Pork. Then we mix about 4 TBS of Worcestershire per pound.

Everything else is explained in the captions above each picture (Below).

Thanks for stopping in,

Bear

My Smoking & Grilling place, with Bear Jr’s Tower Shop in the background:

7 Small Deerburgers starting on the “Q”:

Time to melt the Swiss (American on Mrs Bear’s):

Mustard, Swiss, and Shrooms on mine:

Second Night Mustard, Swiss, and Shrooms again:

Added some Oilless Fries from my Hot AirFryer:

Had some visitors while We were eating:

Future Deerburgers & Venison Dried Beef on the Hoof:

I love the mix on your burgers. Point!

As for deer, when we moved to the mountains from the city we were so excited that deer were on our property. Not so gradually, they became considered as huge rats as they decimated She Who Must Be Obeyed's garden. Then it was announced she wanted a fence so I spent a year building a deer fence. I hate deer, except in burgers!

Thank You Disco!!

I never lived in a city or town, except while in the Army, but deer can be a PITA. You gotta have your garden right against the house, and even then they'll do some trimming of their own!!!

And Thanks for the Points.
