Hi all,
I'm a new smoker! We live in KansasCity, MO
We got an electric Masterbuilt 30" smoker for Christmas and have tried a pre-cooked spiral ham and a couple of pork butts. Both turned out pretty good, but I think I "over smoked" the ham.
I didn't care for it much, but others did! (It made a pretty good smoked ham salad in the Ninja! )
I will be trying my first brisket for Easter...my sister bought a 17lb brisket and had it cut in 3 pieces...I haven't seen it yet, so not sure how to get the job done...but will be searching thru post here to try to figure it out!!
Looking forward to learning and enjoying some great smoked meats!!
