Been a little busy no time to post. Monday we picked up a 4 bone PR & some mushrooms
Meat was rubbed with Worcestershire Sauce,Salt FCBP
Used the Kettle indirect heat KBB w/Orange wood
Took almost 2 hrs to hit 140* IT
Mushrooms they sucked up all the juice that dripped down
No plated shot sorry They were served with Mashed Potatoes
