I like to start with a Thanks to Case for this TD

Brisket was a small flat shy of 4 lbs.

rubbed with S&P Worsy Sauce Veggies under them and a can of beer for the au jus


4 nice sized an shaped Baking Taters


Started the kettle going baked taters from 8:10AM til 9:30AM


Prep stuffing for shrooms Scallions,Parsley,Mushroom stems and Garlic 


Shrooms waiting to be filled


Taters in to cool slightly 



Hollowed out for the Horseradish Cheese stuffing


Horseradish Cheese for the bottom of the Tater and the mashed


Mashed


Stuffing for second bake



Shrooms ready


Brisket was pulled at an IT 207* F


Rested for 20 minutes I needed that LOL


I think I may have done a little better showing the Baked Tater that was cut.Cheese and creamy taters oozing out

Right on Richie! I just know you knocked those flavors and textures out of the park! Especially those microbus taters! (heehee!) Point worthy for sure!

That horseradish cheese looks real interesting. Did you use fresh or prepared horseradish in the mix?
