Hello everyone, my name Buzz, and I live in Spring Hill, TN. I've been smoking meats since 2010,when I moved to Austin, TX. Having started in TX, I love to smoke briskets, but I also like cooking whole chickens, sausage, pork butter, and boneless beef ribs. In fact my wife called me at work on Friday to let me know the Costco in Franklin is now carrying prime grade whole briskets. That definitely made my day. I've been cooking on a Lang for about two years now and love it. Looking forward to becoming a an active member of the forum.
